Otium in Latin means "to be at ease"or leisure time and the title fits perfectly with what our villa may offer to its guests. Otium is a freshly renovated luxurious villa, where you will be able to relax your mind, body and soul. It is ideal for those who want to explore the mythic mountain Olympus (6km) and enjoy the crystal clear sea (1km), at the same time. The space The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, all of which have their own bathroom. (one bathroom has a bathtub). Two bedrooms are on the first floor, one bedroom is on the upper semi floor and the fourth bedroom with the two single beds is on the lower semi floor. At the ground floor you will find a very comfortable living room, equipped with two large couches and big smart TV, dinning room (with a big dinning table for six) and a fully equipped kitchen. Guest access Our guests have full access to the villa, balconies and the amazing front and back yard. The fireplace is non usable.
