(washer and dryer ARE included for use by guests. Please clean dryer filter after every use) - No garage access - The dock to the left of the yard is the neighbor's dock, not ours. Please be respectful to our neighbors and do not use their property. Be mindful to children and pets to stay on our property only. Other things to note Property and Lake use for minors and pets must be Adult supervised. The Tampa area is known for wild birds, marsupials, lizards, snakes, alligators, and other animals/bugs. Although never encountered any dangerous wildlife ourselves, always be mindful of your surroundings. Lake is well maintained by community to ensure safety. The wildlife is beautiful but should be respected! Please use the Lake at your own risk whether to swim or boat. Adult and child life vests are available and should be worn when using the lake.
