Cozy room in the center of Tbilisi

Relax alone or with the whole family in my cozy accommodation. The apartment is located in the central location of Tbilisi. The city opera, concert halls, museums, galleries are close by, as are the shops and bus stops/subway. It is a pleasure to walk along Rustaveli Avenue, especially during Christmas and New Year's Eve. When I was preparing the apartment, I put my heart and hospitality into it. Looking forward to hosting you! Guest access The apartment has a 28 m2 living room with sleeping area. There is both a double bed (160 × 200) and a sofa bed. This includes a desk with the TV corner and the piano (if required). There is also a separate bedroom for one person, also with the TV and a large kitchen with all the necessary items you need when cooking. The house building is a historical monument. It is a deep ground floor with three stairs down from the entrance. Therefore, there is no complete outside view from the window, but it is very cozy and quiet inside)))
