Central and quiet double room

We offer a quiet double room in the apartment where we live. Its central location in Paris (near Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord) is ideal for all your visits and trips. The space Our apartment consists of a living/dining room, an equipped open kitchen, a shared bathroom and two bedrooms. You will have shared access to the entire apartment (except our bedroom). The apartment overlooks exclusively inner courtyards, so it is quiet. In this apartment, we offer a comfortable 15 m2 bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), and a small desk. It has blackout shutters. The bed linen and towels are provided. Note: the Wi-Fi connection is unstable in the room but the 4G connection is good. In the rest of the apartment, the connection is excellent. Guest access Please note, our apartment is located on the 3rd floor WITHOUT elevator and is therefore unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The building has a secure entrance (access code to the building and staircase). It is located in the 10th arrondissement, in a lively area, both popular and trendy. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants that are very nice and at reasonable prices. We'll be happy to show you our habits. Are you a walker? All these places are accessible in maximum 30 minutes: Canal Saint-Martin, République, Montmartre, Sacré Cœur, Moulin Rouge, Opéra, Galeries Lafayette, Châtelet, Les Halles, Le Marais. Its proximity to Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord (accessible in less than 5 minutes' walk) gives you access to RER B, D, E and metros 4, 5, 7 and therefore to the main tourist sites of the city in maximum 30 minutes as well as to the airports (Charles de Gaulle and Orly) in 45 minutes. We do not recommend driving: parking spaces are scarce (and expensive) in the neighborhood.
