Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space .Located on the edge of the complex, Barn Cottage offers luxurious and secluded accommodation with it’s own private garden and hot tub. Relax in the bubbles as you gaze down the stunning valley of trees, ponds and countryside. The space Barn cottage is a beautifully presented 5 star property, with 2 ensuite bedrooms, high spec kitchen, and enclosed garden and hot tub. You will have your own private garden & hot tub to use and we encourage guests to walk the Wooladon Trail. Please do not enter any fields that have livestock in, and if you do have a dog, please keep dogs on leads around livestock. Please refrain from exercising your dog in empty fields - These are in constant use by our farmers. Guest access The access to Barn Cottage is a small ramp into a porched area in front of the property. The key box is on the wall to the right of the front door. There is also a garden gate at the rear of the property. Other things to note Your stay will include a welcome hamper on arrival and a 10% discount voucher to our sister company, Strawberry Fields Farm Shop, an award-winning farm shop and restaurant. The ideal place for a hearty breakfast before exploring all that Devon and Cornwall has to offer. The local village is home to a couple of lovely country pubs as well as a fine dining restaurant. The cottage is located on a 500-acre estate which has dog walking trails as well as a stunning carp fishing lake, free to use for staying guests. We do accept dogs into Barn Cottage, we do ask that no pet is left unattended in the property, and must refrain from going upstairs or onto the furniture. And don't forget to keep an eye out for our highland cows! We are new to Airbnb - but have been open for holiday lets since 2017 with 4&5 Star Visit England Recognition. We can't wait to welcome you!
