Sunny Palms: 10 Minutes to Disney! 1st Floor Unit

Silver Palms is a lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium located in the highly sought after Windsor Palms Resort! Located just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, this ground-floor unit has a full kitchen, living room, laundry area, and a patio that gives access to the many walking paths of the resort! Guests have free access to Windsor Palms many amenities, such as the community pool, tennis court, arcade, clubhouse, movie theatre and more! Come and relax with your family at Silver Palms! The space When you first walk into the unit, straight ahead is the entrance into the kitchen. The kitchen has an electric stove, an oven, refrigerator, microwave and a dishwasher. The cupboards and drawers have a variety of dishes, silverware and cooking utensils to use. Underneath the sink there are garbage bags that are provided to guests, as well as dish pods, dish liquid, and some cleaners. There is one roll of paper towels provided for the kitchen, and there is also a dish sponge provided as well. Leaving the kitchen and turning towards to left leads you into the dining area and living room. Both of these areas are in an open space, so there are no walls dividing the dining area from the living room. The dining table can seat up to 6 people. The living room has two couches, a coffee table and an end table. In the TV console, there is a basket with books. The master bedroom has 1 king bed, 2 nightstands, and 1 dresser. There is a TV in that bedroom, and its located on the dresser facing the bed. The closet in that room is not accessible to guests. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom. The bathroom has a tub and shower combo, a sink and vanity, and a toilet. There are 2 rolls of toilet paper provided to guests, once those are used up it is up to the guests to replace them. There is liquid hand soap in the bathroom, and in the shower there are bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and 1 makeup towel is provided in this bathroom. Going down to the left side of the unit resides the remaining 2 bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom. The bathroom is not attached to the bedrooms, its in the small hallway between the 2 rooms. The bedroom on the right side of the hallway has 1 queen bed, 1 nightstand and a dresser. There is a TV located on the dresser. There is a closet on the left side of the bedroom, and it has a luggage rack and some hangers. The highchair is usually in this closet as well. The second bathroom has a tub and shower combo, a sink and vanity, and a toilet. There are 2 rolls of toilet paper provided to guests, once those are used up it is up to the guests to replace them. There is liquid hand soap in the bathroom, and in the shower there are bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and 1 makeup towel is provided in this bathroom. The last bedroom is the kid's bedroom. This room has 2 twin beds, 1 large dresser, and a nightstand doubling as a TV console for the room's TV. The closet is large, and also stores the stroller and pack-n-play. The back of the unit has the screened-in patio. There is a table and chairs in the patio. There is a screen door, so you can go out from there into the grassy area to play, or walk around the resort as it leads to some of the walkways nearby. Guest access In the master bedroom, there is a closet with a keypad. That is our work closet and that is only accessible by our cleaning crew. This home is located in the highly sought after Windsor Palms Resort, located right off of Formosa Gardens Boulevard. Aside from parking in your home's driveway, if you require additional parking, there is parking over at the resort's clubhouse, as well as near the condominium buildings. Windsor Palms has several amenities, all of which are available for guests. All of these amenities are a short walk away from the house. Most all of these resort amenities are free. These include: * A tennis court * A basketball court * A playground * A community pool with a kid's splash pad area and hot tub * A 57 seat movie theatre * An arcade and game room * A sundry shop with essentials and select food items * The Tiki Bar located by the pool area * A gym and fitness room * A picnic/BBQ area And so much more! The resort has a security gate and guards present 24/7. With so much nearby, it's no wonder why so many families choose to stay in the Windsor Palms Resort! Other things to note Every guest is to follow the checkout procedure that is implemented in the house. Failure to follow the checkout list and the house rules results in losing the $400 security deposit. This is the checkout list: 1. Bag up ALL the garbage in the house, including the bathroom waste cans, and set it in the trashcan(s) outside. 2. Strip all the sheets, comforters, and pillowcases off all the beds THAT WERE USED DURING YOUR STAY and start the first load of towels. Please leave the mattress protectors on the beds unless they have been soiled. 3. Load the dishwasher and start it with all the dirty dishes used. All of the bedding in the house that's used, including the comforters and quilts, are all washed and sanitized before the next guests come in. High contact areas such as remotes, light switches, door knobs, kitchen appliances, etc. are all cleaned and sanitized using products recommended by experts. The bathrooms are meticulously cleaned and disinfected, and the toilets are even given a sanitization seal across the seat. Our cleaners wear masks when they go in to clean the home, and wear the proper protective gear required of them. The home is also sprayed down with a disinfectant spray multiple times throughout the cleaning and sanitizing process, while also airing the house out as much as possible by opening windows and doors.
