Guests must provide valid ID which will be forwarded to the Admin of the Gramercy for Visitor's Access Card. The Access Card will allow you to access elevators and amenities conveniently. 2. Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis in Gramercy. Pay Parking is available at the Century City Mall. 3. Early Check-in and Late Check-out are subject to availability and with a fee. 4. Dish soap and other cleaning supplies upon request. 5. Limited access to amenities for last minute bookings. 6. A guidebook is provided in our unit, containing all the details you need to know. Please Read and Observe House Rules and Gramercy's Rules and Regulations during your stay when you receive your access card at check-in. PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ BEFORE PROCEEDING ON BOOKING OUR PLACE Our Building is fairly strict &firm when it comes to its House Rules and Regulation. And there are corresponding penalties for every violation made by guest. Please read and observe the house rules guide that you will receive at check-in 1. Once the booking is confirmed please send your Valid ID's photo & You may send on Airbnb. 2. Please note a nonrefundable payment of 350 pesos is required for the access card processing with the admin. If the card request is on Saturday or Sunday the payment is 500 pesos. We will request it at time of arrival. If booked outside the Gramercy Admin hours (9 to 4:30) and immediate access is required we still granted but only a one tap policy until the access card is issued . 3. We only provide 1 access card for booking. If you wish to add extra access card you have to pay additional P350 (NON-REFUNDABLE) for the production cost and another P3,000 Security Deposit (REFUNDABLE). 4. Access card is non-transferable. And a penalty of P1,000-5000 for guest using other guest's access card. Security Deposit is forfeited for lost access card. 5. Guests have access to the fitness gym (37th Floor) Infinity Pool (36th Floor) for FREE. 6. Visitors are allowed but please advise them to bring valid ID and leave to the security in the entrance. Please do no lend your access card to your visitors. 7. Partying inside the unit is not allowed . Penalties for noise disturbance will be on the account of the guest. 8. NO hanging of clothes, any laundry in the balcony. 9. NO smoking, gambling, drinking alcoholic beverages in the common area. 10. Please make sure to read the house rules given by the concierge upon check in before signing it. 11. Please assist us in lowering our monthly electric bill by turning off the electric devices, particularly the air conditioner, when they are not in use. 12. WE DON'T HAVE PARKING INCLUDED. There is a paid parking in the basement 6 of the Gramercy but its very limited and first come first serve. If you will be needing a parking during your stay please ask politely at the Security Entrance if there is available pay parking on the premises. If there is you may proceed to the concierge and claim your access card. If there is no parking the other option is the Century City Mall. No pets allowed. ***If a pet is taken inside through unit a 10,000 php penalty/fee is imposed for deep cleaning, deodorizing and loss of rent. *** No smoking in the unit. Only the balcony is allowed. ***If any guests smokes in the unit, a 10,000 php penalty/fee is imposed for deep cleaning, deodorizing and loss of rent. *** Guest access To the entire unit and free access to pool and gym Other things to note 1) No early check unless available, Early check in fees apply. When available , we charge an extension fee of 200/hour. Please inform us ahead of time so this can be arranged accordingly, and only when the room is available. 2) Our building strictly enforces a no access card borrowing policy. This policy has been put in place to ensure everyone's comfort and security, following incidents in the past where unauthorized individuals attempted to use owner/tenant cards to access the premises. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all. 4) The following are the administration office hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Sundays are a holiday. Holidays: as specified in writing 5) Important notice for same-day bookings: If a booking is made after 4pm for a same-day check-in, access cards will not be provided to guests. Additionally, access to the gym and pool will not be available, as the office issuing access cards closes at 3:30pm. Due to time constraints for late same-day bookings, please note that access to your room will only be granted via security assistance for elevator access to your floor, where you will proceed to check-in.
