You have access to a private cottage with terrace. The gîte is next to my house and is over 100 years old. The bakery is at walking distance. There are beautiful walks in this area, some of which start from the gîte. Cycling enthusiasts can also indulge themselves. The Lac de Panneciere is 9 km from the gîte and ideal for swimming and fishing. 15 km away is the town of Corbigny where there are several supermarkets and restaurants and all the necessary amenities. The space The gite has a spacious living room with open kitchen, consisting of a 4-burner gas stove, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, air fryer and Senseo coffee maker. The basic necessities such as e.g. : Pepper, salt, oil, vinegar etc. are provided. As well as coffee and tea for the first few days. Dining table with 4 chairs and seat with 3 armchairs , The bedroom has a 2 and 1 person bed. There is also a closet with shelves and a clothes rack. The terrace features a table with 3 multi-stage chairs and large BBQ. A little more in the garden is a small terrace to have breakfast in the sun early. The bakery is a 3-minute walk away. Guest access The cottage is completely at your disposal but is not suitable for people with difficulty walking due to stairs to the entrance and the stairs to the bedroom. We do not allow pets. Other things to note Autun, Auxerre, Nevers and Vezelay are cities worth visiting. In our gite there is plenty of information about walks in the area. For a small fee, we can offer you a French-speaking guide who knows the area by heart. Walking or on a bicycle. (Electric) bicycles that can be rented are delivered to the gîte and picked up again.
