The unit has the following: 1) Queen sized mattress for the first 2 guests 2) Sofa bed will be set up for the 3rd and 4th guests. 3) Sofa seating for 3 4) Kitchen with microwave and basic cookware 5) Modern bathroom with instant hot water heaters. 6) Brand New 55in Smart TV with NETFLIX and HDMI connections 7) Air conditioning 8) always fresh linens, 2 towels, bathmat 9) High speed internet w/ 50 mbps subscription Guest access NOTE: Due to Shore3's strict policy disallowing guests to have visitors, please note that we are not able to change the list of registered names on the day of the check in and any day after that. Pool Access: Shore3 charges Php150 per person for regular days and P300 for holidays. Shore 3 Tower 3 pool is still under renovation, the guests can use the Tower 2 pool only. Please ensure to let us know (the day before) how many pool vouchers you need (max 4 per day) and we will procure them for you and the payment will be collected via Airbnb. The pool is usually open from 9AM to 6PM daily Please exchange the prepaid vouchers for a pool wrist band at the concierge desk. The wrist band will serve as your pass for that day only. Passes are non-transferrable. The gym is not available to guests unfortunately. Other things to note Pay parking is available at Shore3's commercial areas.
