Guest access The entire property is yours to enjoy besides the garage and a few locked closets for personal storage. The sauna is open year round. However, we cannot guarantee accessibility in the winter. As this is a remote location, we cannot always get someone locally to shovel steps or pathways, we can only get plowing done of the driveway. We leave a shovel and bucket with ice melter here, guests may have to shovel the entry steps themselves if there was a recent snow fall. The Bunkie has an additional fee of $150 for your stay + $50 cleaning fee. Other things to note Please remember that we have a surveillance system outside the cottage. Please book for exact number of guests on the property. Inaccurate numbers could lead to eviction as well as violation of our house rules. Please bring your own aluminum foil, parchment paper, Ziploc, matches, spices, cooking oil, etc. If you are unsure if we have something please ask before your stay so you can be prepared. The water at the cottage comes from a well and is filtered through a UV system. We drink ourselves but we cannot guarantee potability. The dock, canoe and kayaks are available between Victoria Day and Thanksgiving. There's a chance they are available briefly before and after but we only guarantee their availability between this time window. In the winter we recommend snow tires . There is no garbage pick up so we require you to take all garbage with you. We require to always leave the doors closed as this is a remote location in nature and insects, mice, chipmunks , etc can come inside the house. The odd times you may see landscapers or our maintenance team doing work on the property or the propane truck refilling our tanks. We may request a refundable security deposit at the time of booking. **The price includes a 13% Harmonized Sales Tax.
