The space The Cove Lake House is a beautifully elevated home overlooking Lake Limestone featuring a large in-ground pool. This is a one-of-a-kind property as pools on the lake are a rare find! All indoor accommodations are located on the second floor, which requires the ability to access at least one of the 2 stairways. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms to accommodate up to a maximum of 11 guests. No large parties allowed, the maximum number of guests on the property at any time is 11. Primary bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a twin bunkbed and a double bed to sleep 4. Bedroom 3 has a bunkbed with twin top bunk and full bottom bunk, along with a queen size bed to sleep 5. WiFi and smart TV are available. Lake Limestone Marina is close where you can launch your boat and bring it to the cove to tie onto the bulkhead. Our cove is a great place to spend the day floating, using our 2 kayaks, or rowboat for your pleasure. Yard and board games are provided. Fire pit is available, but guests need to bring firewood. Lake Limestone is not a consistent level lake and, thus, the water gets shallow during certain times of the year. No jumping or diving off of the bulkhead is permitted at any time. Other things to note The property is in a rural area, so be sure to bring everything you'll need. Jewett, which is approximately 25 minutes away, has a small Brookshire Bros. grocery store and Mexia, which is approximately 35 minutes away, has a Super Walmart. Up to 3 dogs are allowed with $50 non-refundable fee. Property has several outdoor cameras due to pool and remote location. A waiver is required prior to confirming reservation. A charge of $50 per guest per day for the number of guests exceeding the reservation. Pool is closed and covered during colder months (October through April).
