Come and enjoy our small house attached to our accommodation, which can accommodate 4 adults (baby cot on request), in a quiet location in a small country village, close to all amenities (about 5 minutes' drive). Common courtyard for parking with reserved space. This house includes: 1 bedroom/bathroom, toilet/living room with sofa bed/equipped kitchen/terrace for sunny days. Self check-in possible, linens and towels provided, non-smoking house. The space => LIVING ROOM - a sofa bed with a real mattress that respects your quality of sleep - TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime... - large bright window door overlooking the terrace => KITCHEN - window overlooking the terrace - microwave/toaster/kettle - gas stove with oven and induction cooktop - coffee machine (Tassimo) - fridge/freezer => TERRACE - garden furniture - garden table =>BEDROOM - double bed with good bedding - 2 bedside tables with free drawers to store your belongings => BATHROOM - jet shower - lighted mirror - toilet => For children, there is the possibility of having: - high chair - a potty - baby bed with mattress -bottle warmer - baby bath * Notify us in advance so that we can install them for you. For adults, possibility of having: - raclette/fondue/stone grill - Gas grill* for outdoors possible by reservation only (an extra €5 per day will be requested) *Notify us in advance so that we can make them available to you. Linens and towels are provided. Non-smoking house: ashtray outside on the terrace. Guest access The accommodation is about 15 minutes from the Auxerre Nord (exit 19) or Joigny (exit 18) highway exits. Our courtyard contains a parking space on your left reserved to park your vehicle. There is no gate to enter the property. Check-in can be done independently. The code and location of the key box will be given to you on the day of check-in.
