Depending on check in time keys will be provided by your concierge or by the on-site housekeeper. - Standard Check-in is at 15:00 pm and Check-out is at 11:00 am - Early Check-in/Late Check-out can be provided upon request and will be granted based on availability - Return keys to the on-site housekeeper at the time of check-out - failure to do so will result in a key replacement charge of USD 30 - For the entrance to the building, there is an additional fee of $17.000 COP per person.
