In addition, guests have access to the gym (second floor) and the panoramic terrace (third floor) — these spaces are shared with guests staying on those levels. During your stay Our team is available on-site, and upon arrival, you’ll be given the contact information of the person in charge of assisting you during your stay. Other things to note Guests are kindly asked to use the kitchen utensils responsibly. In case of damage or excessive mess, an additional cleaning fee of 60,000 COP will be charged. You will need to drive along 200 meters of partially unpaved road from the Minca football field. Just be cautious in two short sections—around 10 meters in total—where rocks may cause issues for low-clearance cars. Parking availability works on a first-come, first-served basis, as the parking area is located at the entrance of the house and fits up to two medium-sized cars for all Serankua guests. You may also park on the street right outside the property or in a nearby lot where parking costs $10,000 COP per car per night. Additionally, there are more parking options around the area, both free and paid. Alternatively, you can arrive from Doña Ana restaurant by walking about 50 meters: diagonally across from the restaurant you will see stone steps, and by following the road you will find Serankua on your right-hand side.
