Welcome to our atypical little house of 52 m² in Boulogne-sur-Mer! This house can accommodate up to 4 people plus a baby, and is well equipped. It offers comfort and convenience. Ideally located, street parking is free. The location allows you to discover the city center, the old town, the beach and its activities on foot. Public transport (bus/train) and supermarket (open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.) within 500 m. The space The comfortable living room is equipped with a TV and a sofa bed for two people, ideal for relaxing after a busy day. Also enjoy Wi-Fi throughout the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with a mini oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, induction cooktop and everything you need to prepare your meals. You will also find dishes for four people, dishwashing liquid and a dish towel to facilitate your stay. The bathroom includes a vanity unit, shower, washing machine, towels and towel rail for your comfort. Bath towels are provided free of charge. The cozy bedroom is equipped with a double bed for a restful night, again sheets are provided. Our small house is atypical, the traffic corridors are narrow. We also draw your attention to the spiral staircase, which is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. However, children love it😁. Guest access To ensure your arrival in complete autonomy, we have set up a secure lockbox system. On the day of your arrival, you will receive a unique access code, allowing you to collect the keys easily and at any time.
