Furnished apartment 3* - 2/4 people of 29 m2 (with one bedroom) Apartment located in a residence with Pool, Sauna and Hammam (access to the same landing as the apartment) City center accessible by walk in 5 mins (shuttle if necessary) Balcony of 3.5 m2 giving access to an open view over Valloire In winter: ski locker on the 4th floor giving you direct access to the Les Lutins ski slope (ski-in/ski-out) The space SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Bedroom: 1 double bed 160 cm (this is 2 single beds joined together (box beds)) Living room: 1 double sofa bed 140 cm Bedding (duvet, pillows) is provided (under the pull-out bed) EQUIPMENT: Kitchen area with microwave, microwave oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine (+ filter), kettle, toaster, blender... 3.5 m² balcony with west exposure (with table and chairs). Flat screen TV and board games. Separate toilet Bathroom with bathtub, towel dryer, hair dryer and washing machine. Pets not allowed. Ski locker on the 4th floor (direct access to Les Lutins ski slope) Lift / Elevator Pool area (with sauna and steam room): Free access Access to the pool is closed during the off-season. Hours: 6 days a week from 11:00 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. (closed on Mondays). PLEASE NOTE: As this is a collective facility at the condominium, the landlord cannot be held responsible for total or partial unavailability. The lessee will therefore not be able to claim compensation from the lessor. The lessee is required to comply with the regulations for the use of this equipment (posted at the entrance to the pool). Guest access The entire property will be accessible. Other things to note Reminder about the cleanliness of the accommodation: The apartment must be in order upon checkout. You must ensure that the dishes are clean and tidy, and the garbage cans and refrigerator are emptied. A vacuum cleaner and mop are available for cleaning. Reminder about linens: Linens are not provided.
