Situated just a 5 minute drive from the centre of Moraira and the beaches, this spacious villa, newly available to rent for Summer 2023, is ideal for families. There are a handful of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The town centre is a 20/25 minute walk and there you will find a great selection of bars and restaurants to suit all budgets and tastes. There is also level pedestrian access, through a locked gate, from the road, with only one step up to the front door.
