The space Accommodation: • Capacity: up to 5 guests • Main bedroom: 1 large double bed • Additional bedroom: 1 single bed • Separate annex (“stuga”): 1 large double bed in an independent room, perfect for extra privacy Highlights: • Stunning sea view from the terrace, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee at sunrise. • Secure garden (not fenced) with several spots to sit, read, dine, or simply unwind, plus a barbecue area for summer meals. • Direct access to nature: the house leads to a secluded beach in just 2 minutes on foot, perfect for swimming, playing and picnics. Living Spaces: • Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, stovetop, fridge-freezer, dishwasher. • Cozy living room with a large sofa, television and WI-FI. • Bathroom with shower. • Washing machine. • Covered veranda for sheltered meals, sea-view terrace, and garden to enjoy the outdoors. Around: • The house is about a 10-min drive away of a small village and foodshop. • A 25-min drive will bring you to the historical city of Kalmar and from there you can cross the bridge to Öland, a beautiful island with many summer activities and events. • There is several one-day trip opportunities, either in cities (Kalmar, Karlskrona, Borgholm), in natural or cultural sites (the kingdom of glass, Moose parks, Öland...) or to the seaside.
