Relax with the family in this charming space integrated into the Atlantic Forest. Sobrado with four air-conditioned suites, large room integrated with the kitchen, barbecue and pool area. The space Sobrado with 300 m2, located in module 26 of Riviera de São Lourenço, near the Shopping Mall. The swimming pool is large and has the beach area of the pool, offering security, especially for children. We can also offer safety fence for children. Gourmet area integrated with the pool and the forest, with barbecue, television, winery and brewery. The four suites are upstairs, two with a balcony. I hope you take care of the house with the same affection that we prepared it to welcome you. The beach is within walking distance of 20-25 min or 5 min by car. Other things to note Since our backyard is a neighbor of the Atlantic Forest, we always receive visits from wild animals. They hardly enter the area of the house, they always stay beyond the fence, toasting us with their presence. São Monacos, squirrels, cotias, teiús, saruês, quatis and various types of birds. The only ones that are cheerful are the Saruês (not so much) and the coatis. The quatis can arrive in flock and enter the area of the house when there are no people in sight. They are very chatty, they mess with the trash, climb the tables, and eat everything they find. This is not very common, but we advise you not to leave food in the outside area and always close the balconies and doors when there is no one downstairs. We are open to making entry and exit times more flexible according to the needs of guests, as long as there are no prior or subsequent immediate reservations.
