Guest access Direct beach access with 24/7 security. The famous beachfront resturant ( Don Toro) is just a short 5 minute stroll on the beach. There is a plaza directly across the street from the community. Within the plaza is a fully stocked grocery store for all of your needs (THE GOOD MARTKET) which also has an ATM. The plaza has a variety of different restaurants and shops. Local Ubers and taxis are readily available. Take the road towards the town Parrita along the way you will find pescaderia la bendicion where you can buy fresh seafood. The town of Parrita has additional grocery stores, restaurants, banks, gas stations and shopping. Other things to note You must wear the BLACK bracelets to enter/exit the community from either the street or the beach and to access the pool area. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the pool area. There is a lap pool open from 6:30 am that is just for exercise till it opens for everyone at 8:30 am to 8:30 pm Located outside of condo 3 is a swimming pool and cabana/hangout area, which is a private area for only condo building 3 and 4 use. Our unit is in condo 4. The additional 5 large swimming pools outside of condo 1 and 2 are open and available for the whole community to use. We have provided ping-pong paddles and both a basketball and soccer ball. We have three large size BEACH CHAIRS and a COOLER for your use as well. Of course 4 beach and 4 bath towels.
