The available unit is the newly and fully finished basement level of a ranch house with tenants living above. Much much more than a room within a home. The only shared space is the entrance. The space This a full basement apartment for vacation guests only. It consists of a kitchenette with a table and chairs. Two bedrooms - one with a Queen bed. The other with a bunk with a single above and a double bed size below. Besides that, there is a queen pull out couch in the living area to which a screen can be put up for night time privacy. The full bath has a shower but no tub. Guest access Guests will access the apartment from the first front entrance.. You will easily see the stairs to go down. You will be given a code (the last 4 digits of your phone #) for the front entrance door and for access to the unit below the stairs. Other things to note The unit has highway frontage and Lake Erie can be seen across the farm land. Taylor Road just to the East leads to the Lake. We are starting this venture without a full breakfast. Coffee, juice and muffins will be available. Perhaps cold cereal. The yard is still in process of lawn preparation and is not fenced.
