In June 2024, three magnificent premium villas were completed in the Himos Golf Resort area: Villa Luxus Helmi 1, Villa Luxus Helmi 2 and Villa Luxus Helmi 3. Each villa has a total of 210 square meters built on three floors and sleeps 23 people! The villa construction project is backed by the same entrepreneurs who already own villas in the same area: Villa Hulvaton, Villa Hattara and Villa Harmonia. VILLA LUXUS GEM 2 Three luxurious premium-level villas have been completed in June 2024 in Himos Golf Resort area: Villa Luxus Helmi 1, Villa Luxus Helmi 2 and Villa Luxus Helmi 3. Each villa has a total of 210 square meters built on three floors and sleeps 23 people! Behind the villa building project are the same entrepreneurs who already own villas in the same area; Villa Hulvaton, Villa Hattara and Villa Harmonia. Villa Luxus Helmi 1-3 is part of the Pearl Villa complex. Villa Luxus Helmi 1-3 villas are built on the central site of Himos, in the Golf Resort area, which is only about 500 meters to the Himos Areena and Center. The villas are equipped with high-quality materials, furniture, and tableware, and in addition to that, each villa also has an outdoor hot tub. The entrance floor of the villa has a large dining group for 16 people, as well as a casual couch group where even larger groups can spend time at the same time. High room height and large windows in the direction of Himos Golf greens bring space and light to the space. The villas can accommodate large groups of companies and groups, with a total of 23 people! There are 4 bedrooms on the upper floor of the villa, 1 bedroom on the middle floor and 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. The villas have a beautiful bathroom and sauna on the ground floor, and toilets can be found on all floors of the villa (3pcs). The villa's middle floor has access to a terrace with a dining group and a gas grill. The ground floor has access to another terrace, where there is also seating space, as well as an outdoor hot tub under the canopy. The sauna and bathroom are placed on the ground floor, and from here you can easily hippie straight out of the sauna to cool off or to the outdoor hot tubs. OTHER EQUIPMENT: Blanket and pillow x 23, cleaning supplies, washing machine, dryer, cooling air heat pump, 2x TV, large gas grill, large coffee maker (2 pans), wi-fi, bluetooth speakers on two floors and an extra refrigerator near the downstairs bathroom. Bed linens and towels can be booked separately for €15 per person delivered to the cottage or €20 per person premade. The villa is also available separately, including a flip board, a children's travel crib, a high chair, etc. Please inquire about them separately when booking. OUTDOOR HOT TUB: The villa has an outdoor hot tub that can be rented if desired. The outdoor hot tub is €170/reservation. During the festivals, the price of the outdoor hot tub is 230€/reservation. At certain times, it's mandatory to take an outdoor hot tub for a reservation (read the times below). NOTES: Accommodation price does not include departure cleaning. You can book a departure cleaning through us for €220. At certain times, it is mandatory to take cleaning for a reservation (read the times below). The villa is available from 4pm on the day of check-in and the release is at 12pm on the day of departure. For weeks 52-1 and 8-9, the check-in time is at 6pm on the day of check-in and checkout at 12pm on the day of departure. Outside of the above-mentioned times, earlier check-ins /late check-outs are possible, please ask about them separately. On weekends, we rent villas for a minimum of 2 days, but 1-day bookings are also possible on weekdays. Of course, it's always a good idea to ask for 1-day rentals for weekends - let's see if it happens. Pets are allowed in the villa (30€/reservation).
