Welcome to "Le Pigeonnier de Saint-Vincent" 🏠 The Prune d'Ente gîte is nestled in a former farmhouse and a renovated dovecote – the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. Inside, you’ll find a rustic and air-conditioned atmosphere, ideal for relaxing, enjoying a meal on the terrace, or spending a friendly evening around the barbecue. 🎁 Included: bed linen, towels, internet, air conditioning, end-of-stay cleaning. The space 🏠 The cosy accommodation includes: A bright living room with dining area and sofa. Two bedrooms with storage. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, etc.). A bathroom with shower and toilet. A private terrace. 🛌 Bedroom 1: Large double bed (180x200) 🛌 Bedroom 2: 2 Bunk beds (90x200) 🏊‍♀️ Pool: (open from spring until November) The 12x6 pool is located in the large garden of the estate, shared with other gîtes. Each gîte has its own furniture around the pool (umbrellas and sun loungers). 🌿 Garden: 6000m² of freedom – semi-fenced. Children’s play area with swings accessible all year round, outdoor games available (football goals, badminton, molkky...). Free high-speed Wi-Fi. Private and covered parking right next to the gîte. Guest access You will have access to the entire house just for yourself. The pool is just a few meters away, in the 6000m² garden, and is shared with the other cottages. The playground area is accessible all year round. Other things to note You'll be ideally situated to explore Lot-et-Garonne. For your shopping needs, there's a supermarket 10 minutes away, a bakery 5 minutes away, and Agen is a 25-minute drive. The pool is available from April (weather permitting) until November, depending on the weather. Baby equipment is provided free of charge if needed (cot, high chair...). Hiking guidebooks, bicycle repair kits, and a washing machine are available in the cottage.
