The space Alongside the famous newly opened “Fernleigh Track” bring your bikes or take a picturesque walk! A relaxing 15min walk up the track to Belmont Sth beach or to Belmont baths, 10min walk to the Yacht Club & The Gunyah pub, 5min walk to the 5 star "Tinta" Restaurant on the lake, 5min drive to Belmont 16ft Sailing Club (or take the Courtesy bus) & local shopping center, 10min drive to Blacksmiths & Caves patrolled beaches. 30min drive into the heart of Newcastle with plenty to see & do. Watch the famous "Matt Hall" aerobatic pilot from the balcony, often out doing his tricks! You will have first row seats! Better still book a flight & feel the adrenalin!!! The yard between the two houses & garage underneath Lagoon house is not for guest use. Only small side yard is for guest use. Clothesline for guest use is under carport. There is also an outdoor hot shower on side of Lagoon house which is great for rinsing off after a day at the beach! Please Note: if bringing bikes you will also need to bring bike locks to lock them up to a post under carport as there is no access to garage.
