Cosy private room in Manchester-Female guests only

A cosy private room in a friendly neighbourhood within 10 minutes of central Manchester. You will have your own room which is fully furnished, and have access to the shared bathroom, kitchen, sitting rooms and community garden space. Having lived in Manchester for almost 20 years, I have tons of local knowledge and would be happy to help you make the most of your experience here in this wonderful city. I request female guests only as I live alone and all spaces are shared :-) The space The house is a two up two down terrace. I live in a friendly neighbourhood local to the city centre, but with a smaller community feel. Downstairs there is a lounge with a TV, a separate sitting room/dining room and a kitchen extension. Upstairs is a shared bathroom (shower only) and two bedrooms. Guest access Downstairs is available for use (two sitting rooms means you can have your own space on your visit) and your bedroom and bathroom are for upstairs use. There is also a community garden out back which is a lovely space to sit on a sunny day During your stay I can be contacted via text/via the AirBnB app Other things to note There is free street parking outside the house. Please note that the front room (with tv) is reserved from 5-6pm each Saturday and 8-9pm each Sunday. I also like to ask your plans if you are visiting during the week. I work from home sometimes so it's good to know when I will need to work from my room, rather than downstairs :-)
