This stylish and unique place sets the stage for a memorable trip. We are within walking distance to a diverse amount of restaurant's including MacDonalds Kentucky Fried. And 20 minutes drive away from most towns including Waihi Rotorua Cambridge Hamilton just to name a few. We are 10 minutes walk to town, information center (Ishop) where they book for various trips and Hobbiton film set. The space In our home you will be down one end of the house all being one level and as you can see I have two listing's which are booked online separately as room 1 and room 2. you may sometimes share areas with 1 or 2 other people, depending on bookings. Both rooms share the hallway and 1x bathroom/toilet. if you are a group of 4 people keep in mind that the beds in each room are queen size and not single beds. definatly no infants. If you are a group of 4 you will need to book room1 and 2 separately and if just a couple you could possibly be sharing the bathroom with another couple if that room has been booked at same time as you. Guest access At this time I will be home to greet you but if not I will have key arrangement for you and will give that info to you via message on bnb site once your date is near. you can park up the driveway. If coming by bus from Auckland there is one morning bus and one late afternoon bus. We are located only 8 minutes walk from bus stop which is right in town by isite information. Should you need milk or microwave just help yourself in the kitchen. our space is the other end of the house. kitchen dinning small lounge and qx bedroom. Your shared space is hallway bathroom lounge which has heatpump lounge suite TV (not a smart TV) and WiFi. Lounge suite, table chairs and your continental breakfast will be set up for each morning.
