Connection Pointe is a great getaway for your family vacation or to reconnect with friends, you will be sure to enjoy this beautiful property that sits right along the Sassafras River, it is quiet and peaceful with amazing views from the house and the screened in deck. Come enjoy the sounds of nature as you take time to relax and refocus! There is no boat access to the river from the property. There is a fairly steep bank going down to the river, so please be mindful of this with children. The space This beautiful secluded and very private property is exactly what you need to get away from the hustle and bustle! Our guests love the beauty of nature all around, a hi light is the screened in deck out back where you can spend hours enjoying the peace and quiet!! This house has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, living room, dining room, kids toy room all on the same floor! Lots of room to enjoy time together with friends and family! Well equipped with everything you need to make your time enjoyable! All linens and bath towels provided -Kitchen is fully stocked also has bar and 4 stools -Dining room/ table seats 10 -Spacious living room with smart TV and kids reading nook (fireplace is not for guests to use) -Kids toy room with smart TV and single sleeper sofa -Master bedroom with king bed, private full bath, smart TV, walk in closet - Bedroom 2 with queen bed and closet, has doors going out to small deck -Bedroom 3 has king bed and closet -Bedroom 4 has King bed and closet -Hallway full bathroom located at the back of the house -Hallway half bath located at the front of the house -Laundry room with washer and dryer -Garage, guests are welcome to use -Screened in deck with beautiful views of the river Guest access You will have access to the whole house except the basement, this will be kept locked for owners storage Other things to note Fireplace is not for guests to use
