Beautiful house facing the lake!!

Conveniently located very close to the village on a closed street in front of the lake with fantastic views and climate. It is a modern and bright house but with warm decoration, it has a swimming pool with jacuzzi and all the amenities. THIS HOUSE IS ONLY LISTED ON AIRBNB. PARTIES OR MEETINGS WITH MORE PEOPLE THAN THOSE STAYING IN THE HOUSE ARE PROHIBITED, AND LOUD MUSIC IN THE GARDEN AFTER 10:00 PM IS PROHIBITED, AS YOU HAVE TO BE CONSIDERATE OF THE NEIGHBORS. The space t The house has three floors, in the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms; one with a king size bed, other with 2 double beds, and another with 2 single beds. Each of this bedrooms has a private bathroom where you will find hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, cream, shower cap and cotton. There is also a foldable cradle if you need it. Then you go down to the social area with 2 sitting areas separated by the chimney, the bar and the kitchen, as well as a TV room with a smart tv with cable, a table for playing games (we have different table games and chess) and a bluetooth speaker so you can connect and have music wherever you want. There is a sofa bed for 2 that can be converted into the sixth bedroom with it´s own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, with 2 coffee makers, one for expresso and other for american coffee.The first one is also compatible with the Nexpresso capsules, in case you want to bring some. There is also a juice extractor, of course a microwave oven, and everything you need to cook. The house has folding crystals that can be opened completely giving the sensation of a full integration with the surroundings. In the garden there is a swimming pool with jacuzzi, deep area and a shallow area for the kids. There is also a charcoal grill in that area. If you continue down you will find a separate area that is like a separate apartment with a large game room with a large sitting area, ping pong and footbal tables as well as two more bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 single beds. This rooms share a bathroom. There is also a duck for boats on this floor. We also have available a maid´s room and parking for 2 cars, but you will easily find more parking in the street. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note It is important, especially in the winter months, to allow the caretaker to cover the pool at night, as it cools down a lot in the early morning, so that the pool is kept warm. It is also important that you do not take glass cups or plates to the pool area, as this can cause an accident. Plastic ones are available for that purpose. Parties and loud noises (especially in the garden) are prohibited after 10:00 PM because we do not want to disturb the neighbors, of course.
