If you arrive before 3:00 PM, you may wait in the lobby of the building until our staff is available to assist you with check-in at 3:00 PM. Arriving earlier does not mean that the accommodation will be available before the official check-in time. If you need to leave your luggage before check-in, you may store it free of charge at our partner restaurant between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM only. Luggage storage is not available before 10:00 AM or after 5:00 PM. Please note that this complimentary luggage storage service is provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or missing items while your luggage is being stored. We therefore recommend keeping valuables, passports, money, electronics, and other important belongings with you. Self check-in is not available. Due to stricter local accommodation and immigration reporting requirements, our staff must assist guests with check-in in person, including completing the required accommodation registration and reporting guest information to the relevant local authorities. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate check-ins after 10:00 PM, as we do not have staff available to complete the check-in procedure after this time. CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM If you would like to extend your stay or request a late check-out, please contact us at least one day in advance. We will check the availability of the accommodation, the next guest’s arrival time, and our housekeeping schedule. Late check-out is subject to availability and an additional charge. It is not guaranteed and is not provided free of charge unless we explicitly confirm otherwise. Please also note that our accommodation is charged per night, not per 24-hour period from your arrival time. Therefore, arriving late does not automatically entitle you to a later check-out. For example, if you check in at 9:00 PM, the check-out time remains 11:00 AM on your scheduled departure date. It does not extend to 9:00 PM. If you wish to remain in the accommodation beyond 11:00 AM, prior approval is required and an additional late check-out fee will apply, subject to availability.
