Relax & unwind in this spacious Queen bed room at Minimbah. Your room has a private entry off your own verandah space. Features include a comfy queen bed, TV & clothes storage. Verge parking in front of house on Gordon St. Shared living area, dining, kitchen, bathroom and laundry with owners who will try to stay out of your way ☺️ Why not have a soak in our nice deep bath, with salts or bath bombs, to relax after a fun day out ballooning and exploring the Avon valley. The space Edwardian blue stone and brick house. Your room has; Private access with exterior door. 4x4m bedroom with queen bed and area for hanging your clothes. TV in room. Access to shared amenities. Guest access Your room is private, but you have access to all the shared spaces in our home. So please feel free to access these shared living areas as you need; Kitchen, bathroom, lounge, & dining room. There may be other guests on site. During your stay May be other guests in the house. We live here so just call out and we can give you a hand if you need anything. Other things to note ‘Minimbah’ (meaning place of learning) was built in 1905 and utilised for many decades as the Headmasters home. Needless to say, Minimbah is in need of some well earned TLC. Proceeds from your stay go directly towards the maintenance and restoration of this beautiful building and we thank you for choosing to stay with us. This is an old house, so some of the doors are, let’s just say, “unique” and may need some gentle persuasion to open/close. (They are on my to-do list 😄). The stained glass is very fragile so please don’t allow the doors to slam 🙏🏼 🩵 Oh and 2 crazy dogs run the show here. But we’ll keep them out of your way. 😂 Registration Details STRA64010G5AS8V5
