We've done everything we could think of to make this private home ideal for your vacation stay-- Location: West Anaheim, central in Orange County - 6.5 miles from Disneyland - 5.4 miles from Anaheim Convention Center - 4.4 miles from Knotts Berry Farm - 1.5 miles from Rodeo 39 (New & unique restaurants, brewery, arcade) - 10.0 miles from Huntington Beach - 32.2 miles from LAX - 17.8 miles from John Wayne Airport The spacious home layout includes: - A spacious separate dining room, with large dining table for meals and family time - A living room with comfortable sofa and a Samsung Smart TV - A full kitchen includes a full refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, and 12 cup coffee pot. - Master bedroom with California King bed (2024 Nektar memory foam mattress) and private bathroom - Bedroom #2 with a Queen deep memory foam mattress, and a workspace with a desk where you can connect your laptop, with provided monitor and keyboard. - Bedroom #3 which sleeps up to 4 adults, with a Twin XL over Queen Bunk bed, and an additional Trundle Twin XL bed underneath - Bedroom #4 with a Twin over Full bunk bed, and a children's desk. - A second hallway full bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, and sink The garage has been converted to a large game room, with two additional Smart TV's, a sofa and additional seating, Foosball, and assorted other games. The yard is expansive, and includes a miniature golf course with multiple holes--perfect for a friendly afternoon competition as the day winds down. After the sun sets, Adirondack chairs and a propane fire pit provide a chill spot for late night conversation. Meanwhile, a picnic table with large umbrella provides a nice place to sit and eat whatever you have grilled on the Weber propane BBQ. Guest access This is a whole house rental. The home and yard are private, for your booking group only. There is a driveway for one car parking. Although the driveway appears large enough for two cars, only one car should park on the driveway (on the left) due to the driveway layout. There is plenty of street parking on the quiet street for a second car, we suggest parking in front of the right side of the driveway. Access is provided with keyless entry. An entry code will be provided prior to your stay. Other things to note + No Smoking + No Pets + Please respect the neighborhood and observe quiet time after 10 p.m. + No parties/events allowed. +Please don't sleep in the garage - the couch is technically a pull out sleeper, but we did not intend for it to be used as such. It is not counted as a sleeping area. +Guests will receive customized entry code that will be activated on the day of their check in and time of check in at 4 p.m. (If arriving earlier, will need to contact hosts for access). +Our place is great for families with children, but it is not baby proofed. We try our very best to ensure the safety for your children, but please do a safety check upon arrival. +There are exterior security cameras, facing the backyard, facing the side yards, facing the driveway, and one at the front door. These are for security purposes, and are not there for the purpose of judging the activity of the guests. Intentionally covering the cameras will be grounds for cancellation/eviction. +There are no indoor cameras. +Our Airbnb is supplied with starter kit toiletries that should be sufficient for a few days stay but due to every family’s different usage habits, it may be necessary to purchase additional toiletry beyond the ones we have supplied.
