Your Highness’s House

Your Highnesses House has its own personal charm. I have spent a lot of time creating this space to make it a home away from home. This is a unique side-by-side duplex tucked away in a generally quiet area in the south end of Toledo. This home has a lot of special features that make it a wonderful place to stay whether it be a short-term rental or a long-term rentals. No parties and no smoking/vaping if the rule is broken it’s an additional $500 charge. The space This 1947 home is a duplex with the second living quarters as a mother-in-law suit. This means the unit has a spacious living room, 1 bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen with a dinette. There’s a small patio space with two outdoor chairs and a small table if you wish to sit out and enjoy the fresh air. The house features hardwood flooring, all new appliances throughout along with central air. The thermostat is not controlled from within the unit, and is always set at 69 degrees with extra fans and space heaters at the ready if you were to need them. The garage, basement and back yard are not included in the listing. Guest access You have full access to the entire mother-in-law suit which includes its own separate living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with a dinette and a small patio space with a small table and two chairs on it. You do NOT have access to the backyard, the garage or the basement. Other things to note No parties, smoking and/or vaping are to be had in the house. If a party, smoking and/or vaping occurs in the house you will be charged an additional $500 fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. Travelers only. If you book you will not be refunded.
