We provide our family apartment refurbished in 2022 of 70 m2 with a terrace of 9 m2 on which you can easily have your meals (shaded thanks to the large trees around in summer). The apartment is south/southeast facing and not overlooked, as an elementary school a few hundred meters away will be closed in summer. The condo is very quiet and wooded. The accommodation is in the heart of Montreuil, a dynamic and trendy city with lots of shops. The space The accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle) open to a living room with dining table and very comfortable sofa bed (140 x 200 with extra mattress topper). The master bedroom has a 160 x 210 bed of very good quality, storage, desk. The bathroom includes a bathtub and shower as well as a washing machine. Guest access Entire accommodation, possibility of parking in the residence depending on the spaces available. Other things to note The accommodation is located just behind the Town Hall and its park, its library. Metro line 9 is a 3-minute walk away, many buses depart from the Montreuil Town Hall. Large parks nearby, including the Bois de Vincennes. Shops of all kinds nearby, market twice a week. Many restaurants and bars.
