Here you get classic Nordic design in a newly built apartment on the 5th floor (penthouse). There is a balcony with unique views of the Port of Copenhagen and swimming facilities 50 meters away. You are only 5 minutes from the metro station and you can be in the center of Copenhagen in about 15 minutes. The space On the 5th floor, at the top of the property, you enter directly into a smaller entrance hall from which there is access to the bathroom. In the bathroom there are all the necessities including a washer/dryer. From the hallway, you enter the large combined living room/kitchen/dining room with large panoramic windows in all directions. In the living room there is a large sofa with chaise longue, large TV with Apple TV and Sonos system. Kitchen equipped with all the necessities you need to make your own food.
