New and modern villa in the area of La Coulée, a two minute walk from one of the most beautiful lagoons of Guadeloupe! Lush garden, quiet area, close to beaches and town (restaurants, pharmacies, shops, etc.). The space The villa is composed of a spacious and ventilated terrace, ideal for taking a nap in the hammock! You can have dinner on the large table or have a drink on the bar communicating with the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: fridge, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine and above all everything you need to prepare a "petit punch" (our local way of drinking rum, we can show you)! There is a spacious living room with TV, telephone (calls to landlines in France, Europe and 52 countries are included) and hi-speed wireless internet. On the ground floor you have a modern and spacious bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower. The toilets are separated. Upstairs there is a bathroom with a small sink and a toilet. You can take showers under the stars thanks to our outdoor shower! On the ground floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms each with a queen size bed, a wardrobe and an opening onto the garden. The mezzanine is composed of a reading space, a small bathroom (with toilet and small sink) and a large air-conditioned bedroom with a king size bed and a wardrobe. There is space in this room to put a crib. Guest access The villa is located on the family land where there is also my dad's house, but the villa and the garden make sure that you are completely independent and that you have your privacy. Other things to note Sheets and towels (bathing and beach) are provided for free to all guests, as well as all the necessary to prepare the locacl ti'punch (rhum cocktail) on your first night and everything you need for your first breakfast.
