The space This 2100 sq ft. completely renovated home is in the heart of Studio City, a 1/2 block from some of the best shopping, restaurants, and gyms Studio City has to offer. It is S. of the Boulevard, just 10 minutes from Universal Studios, the Hollywood Bowl, and the Greek Theatre, and 15 min. over the hill to Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. The beaches are about 30 min. away as is the cultural heart of Los Angeles, downtown. Five of the best private elementary, secondary, and high schools are within 5 min. driving distance. The home has 4 bedrooms, a washer/dryer, 2 full baths (2 bathtubs), one 3/4 bathroom, and a beautiful open kitchen/living layout. Beautiful hardwood floors, Carrara marble counters, and a modern aesthetic set the tone for a relaxing, peaceful, and refreshing stay in the center of Los Angeles. The glass sliding doors open up to the backyard with a large private patio, pizza oven, and pool. The layout is very open, so it is perfect for a family with views of the backyard from the kitchen.
