Other details: The apartment's air conditioning system is centralized and regulated by the building. Depending on the season, it will be set to run in cold mode (summer) or hot mode (winter). This setting cannot be changed from inside the apartment. The space This outdoor apartment with elevator has a modern living-dining room full of art and literature, a very spacious open kitchen. Two comfortable bedrooms, one double with an en-suite bathroom and one with two single beds and a full bathroom. The building has a 24-hour front desk. Guest access 24-hour autonomous check-in service at the request of the customer at no additional cost. Our check-in time with in-person reception is flexible (subject to availability) from 9 am to 10 pm, although you have the possibility of early/late check-in with an additional fee: 9 am - 2 pm supplement of €50. 10 pm - 8 am supplement of €100. Our check-out time is at 11 am. We offer late check-out (subject to availability) with a supplement of €50 up to 3:00 pm. In case you need a later departure of 3pm you must book an additional night at least 24 hours in advance. We have concierge service, in case you need transfers before and during your stay, management of reservations in restaurants, clubs, cultural and playful events.
