The space Welcome to our spacious and family-friendly stone country house, your perfect retreat in the heart of Malham. This two-story home is an ideal base for exploring the stunning Yorkshire Dales. LIVING & DINING: Cozy living room with a crackling log fire (starter pack provided). Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including two fridge-freezers. Well-set dining room perfect for group meals and memorable gatherings. Super fast Starlink WiFi - no connectivity issues BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: This home comfortably accommodates your group with 4 bedrooms: Ground Floor: One king bedroom. Second Floor: Three king bedrooms. Flexibility: All king beds can be split into two single beds upon request. Please provide your preference at least one week before your stay. YOGA STUDIO: A unique converted space with beautiful wooden floors and exposed beams. 10 yoga mats are provided for your practice. Please note: This space is not centrally heated, but we supply plenty of plug-in heaters to keep it cozy. OUTDOOR SPACE: Private patio with a bubbling hot tub overlooking the countryside. Large green lawn with plenty of space for activities. Furnished patio with a BBQ ready for outdoor dining. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire house, the front garden, and the back garden up to the edge of the gravel. The yoga studio is a shared space, connected to an adjoining one-bedroom unit through an internal locked door that remains locked for your privacy. Other things to note Self Check-In: You can effortlessly check yourself in anytime between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM using the lockbox. Early/Late Checkout: Subject to availability, early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for a fee of £20 per hour. Please contact us in advance to coordinate. Amenities Provided: Your stay includes fast Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, fresh linen and towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, an iron, washing machine, and a clothes drying rack. Log Fire: A starter pack of logs and kindling is provided. Additional packs are available for £12 each. For Families: A cot is available upon request; please let us know in advance. Property Style: Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We aim to provide a seamless experience, but the property has its own unique character. Bin Usage: Please dispose of waste correctly. Our team monitors bin usage to comply with local rules, and any fines for incorrect disposal will be passed on to you. Holiday Stays: For festive season bookings, the home will be fully decorated for Christmas with a tree and tinsel.
