The space Our property consists of two fully renovated townhouses. You can enjoy a shared heated pool, located in a fully fenced garden with secure access and parking. Cross the road, and you're already on the beach! ** Outdoor Spaces • Front terrace: A first terrace of 40 m² welcomes you at the front of the house. • Rear terrace: A second terrace of 35 m², without neighbors and fully enclosed, accessible from the living room, perfect for relaxing moments. ** Interior of the Accommodation Ground floor: • Kitchen: Fully equipped and open to the living room with oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, classic and pod coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Everything you'll need to cook delicious meals. • Living room: A bright space with a spacious table, a comfortable sofa and a TV. • Bedroom 1: A bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 and closet with wardrobe and shelves. • Bathroom: Independent, with a walk-in shower. • Toilet: Separate. Payment will be made in cash upon arrival. Guest access You have the entire place to yourself. The site consists of two townhouses, each with two private terraces (one at the front and one at the back of the house). The swimming pool, the garden with leisure area (swing) and the secure parking are common areas to share. Other things to note * Please note that the house must be returned in good condition after your stay ends. If the house is not returned clean and in good condition, additional fees may be deducted from your security deposit to cover the necessary cleaning and repair costs. There is no video surveillance inside the accommodations. * The pool is open from May 15 to October 15.
