Charming period Barn located in the village of Pinchbeck The space The Barn is a beautiful property with surrounding views of the garden. It’s a separate dwelling, with a separate entrance but attached to the owner’s main house. It's a Grade II listed building so has lots of charm and character including exposed wooden beams and beautiful stone work. Downstairs you have a comfortable living room with an adjoining separate fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs you have one large bedroom with a king size bed and a comfortable sofa bed (which sleeps two). In the second bedroom, there are two single beds. Both rooms have blackout blinds. The bathroom is equipped with WC, bath and a shower. You also have the option of sitting outdoors on the decking which overlooks the shared (with the owners) front garden. The back garden is private due to our own dog, Molly, liking her own space. Guest access You have use of the front garden. The property has its own separate entrance. Other things to note On your doorstep,a 5 min walk, you have access to a lovely pub, The Ship (closed Monday and Tuesday). It serves good food and has outdoor space available during the summertime and roaring fires indoors during the winter time. Within a 3 minute walk from the Barn, you'll also find an extremely popular butcher and two good sized Spar shops. There is a Chinese takeaway called New Kamble (cash only), as well another burger/pizza takeaway. About a 10 minute walk away there is a great fish and chip takeaway called Pinchbeck Friar (cash only).
