Pine trees are special to Japanese people. This is a private villa with a special feel, built with plenty of pine. When you open the door, you will be greeted by a lovely space filled with the scent of pine trees that you can't experience anywhere else. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea from the living room and dining room. There are 4 bedrooms, so please feel free to use it with a large number of friends, family, or relatives, or even just 1-2 people. You can walk to the pine forest and the coast in about 10 minutes, and you can enjoy the scenery while walking. There is a raw Matsubara Genko defense fort, so we also recommend taking a walk. It is a convenient facility for access in summer because the sea is close by. If the timing is right, you may be able to see fireworks in the distance from the facility. In spring, the cherry trees in front of the entrance are beautiful, so you can feel the four seasons. Other things to note ● Replacing and cleaning sheets during your stay 2 nights: No sheet changes or cleaning. For 3 nights or more: We will change sheets and do a simple cleaning upon request. ● Air conditioning is available in each bedroom and dining room, but the living room does not have air conditioning due to the special structure of the building. ● Submitting guest information In accordance with the law, we ask you to submit a guest list before check-in. We will send you a message, so please be sure to reply. For foreign nationals who do not have a home address in Japan, you must enter your passport number and submit a photo of your passport. ● According to the Fukuoka City Accommodation Tax Ordinance, an accommodation tax of 200 yen will be levied if the price is 20,000 yen or less per person per night. If the price is 20,000 yen or more, an accommodation tax of 500 yen per person per night will be levied. We have a basket on the kitchen counter for you to put it in, so don't forget to put it in. ● Please contact us in advance if you'd like to check in early or extend your stay.
