Relax & renew at this private oasis surrounded by mountains, hot tub, babbling brooks, private pond, lots of hiking trails, and easy access to the region's ski resorts. 3-bed 2-bath cabin appointed with loads of modern luxuries while maintaining it's charming rustic character. Every view showcases mother nature's finest work, the air is fresh & healing, and you'll hear nothing but the beautiful sounds of nature. ALL are welcome at Spruceton Hollow. The space We absolutely love the natural, secluded setting of Spruceton Hollow - it's why we're here when you're not! At our property you can look forward to peaceful solitude, starry skies, and the sounds of wildlife – and you'll probably see some too! It’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Please see the House Manual section of our listing for additional, important info about how we enjoy and respect the local wildlife, including how you can help ensure that you're the only guests in the cabin! There is no cell phone coverage for many miles around the cabin and you will lose coverage about 30 mins away regardless of your approach, but we have a great broadband connection, Wi-Fi covering the whole cabin, and a hardwired workstation. Be sure to enable the "voice over WiFi" setting on your mobile phone so you can make & receive phone calls from the cabin. Guest access Guests can access all of the home except for the owner's closet in the primary bedroom, the pantry off of the kitchen, and the utility room adjacent to laundry room. Please do not attempt to enter these areas. The shed and small red cabin next door are locked up and off limits. Please respect property boundaries, identified with markers or signs. Other things to note IMPORTANT - We use 2 Airbnb features afforded to owners who manage their listing through approved software platforms: (1) a rental agreement directly with guests, primarily to ensure that guests acknowledge the risks inherent with water & hot tub on property, and (2) a security "hold" on a credit card administered through a secure, 3rd party (we won’t see credit card info), which is placed 2 days before check-in and released within 72 hrs after our cleaners confirm that the property was treated respectfully, left undamaged, and with no evidence of unregistered pets. All reservations with a signed, direct agreement and security deposit reserved will be honored.
