Situated in the countryside, yet close to the shore of the Côte d'Émeraude, our stone house combines modern comforts with the charm of a 17th century Breton farmhouse. The space ** There is a 10% discount is provided for guests who stay 7 nights or more! ** The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen open to a dining area, as well as a living room with a fireplace for your late evenings by the fire. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a 160 cm (queen size) bed, a bathroom with rainfall shower, and a separate WC. There is also an extra living space off of the hallway with a 90 cm (twin size) bed. In front of the house is a south-facing private outdoor space with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. A parking space is reserved for you steps away from the front door. The surrounding property is lush and green, filled with trees and flowers. To do your shopping, you have your choice of local shops and larger stores all within a 5-minute drive. There are also numerous markets in the area featuring local products, and oyster farmers who sell their products directly. Our house is ideally located to explore all that the Côte d’Émeraude has to offer, whether you enjoy hiking along the coast, shellfish picking at low tide, lounging on the beach, bird-watching from the coastal cliffs, strolling down the streets of historical cities, or sampling Brittany's unique culinary heritage. There is no shortage of activities along the côte armoricaine! Guest access Although located adjacent to a larger property, guests staying here will have a private parking space, private garden, and private entrance.
