House overlooking air base

Family-friendly, newly built (in 2023) one-story house right next to the scenic Værløse Air Base. The house has a large kitchen with dining area and sofa area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The air station is a protected natural area, and the old runway is open to cyclists, pedestrians, and runners. No cars are allowed to drive there. Hareskov and Søndersø are close and Copenhagen is only 20 km away. The space The house consists of a bright kitchen-living room with a view. From here, exit to a wooden terrace with table, sunbeds and sandpit. There are three bedrooms - a master bedroom (bed 180 cm wide) with private bathroom and toilet, a children's room with bunk bed with double lower bunk (90/140 cm wide, 200 cm long) and an office with two workstations with screens, elevating desks, ergonomic office chairs and a pull-out bed (160 cm). We also have a playroom with a swing and toys for children. (Note: as we need a room for our private things, either the office or playroom will be closed - the guest can decide which). An extra bathroom and toilet as well as a utility room with washing machine, dryer and freezer. In addition, there is a small private front garden with a playhouse and a small backyard. The area is still newly built (2023), so everything has not yet grown completely. Guest access The entire home is at your disposal except for one room (as well as the shed) that we lock. No one but you and your guests will be staying when you book. Other things to note This is our private residence, which is why our private belongings will be in the home. We'll clear some space in closets, etc., so you can unpack your suitcases, but be aware that it's our home and therefore won't be like a hotel or a home only intended for rent. We hope it will give you a sense of homeliness and that you can feel at home - use our spices, oils as if they were your own. We'll make sure it's cleaned after your stay, but we expect you to leave our home neat and tidy. That is, you must put the things you have used back in place and throw out the trash, empty the refrigerator of your food, do the dishes and remove the dirty linen.
