This apartment is located just 5minutes away walking from Sagrada Familia This apartment has an elevator, Balcony, central heating, air-conditioning in the living room, and television. It has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob with fridge, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, and kitchenware. Please note the following important information before booking: Work will begin on the building for a few months, from November 12th until probably April 2026. - Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. - Baby crib Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it. -Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. -Arrival after hours: - Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (please consult us if you would like to check in earlier). Outside of these hours, we will charge €30 in cash. After 10:00 p.m., the charge will be €50, and after midnight, it will be €80. - If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10:00 p.m., €50 after 10:00 p.m., and €80 after midnight. - If the arrival date is December 25, 26, or January 1, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m. - The tourist tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will apply. (€6.25/person/night, over 16 years old and up to 7 nights). The tourist tax from April 1, 2026, will be €9.50 - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms of the flat. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine) Other things to note The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
