Cosy air-conditioned loft studio apartment with terrace and splendid view, renovated and furnished with care in Sardinian style within the Sole Rosso village in a hilly setting surrounded by greenery a few km from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. The perfect holiday place for couples who want to visit the beaches and entertainment venues of Gallura with the possibility of carving out moments of peace and relaxation surrounded by nature. The space The flat, measuring approximately 40 square metres, is on two levels and is part of a terraced apartment complex. It has been renovated using local materials and carefully furnished with typical island designs in colours reminiscent of the shades of the sea. It has an independent entrance with a small garden and porch. The ground floor consists of a bright living area with a well-equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, freezer, microwave and a set of plates and cutlery for 6 persons), living room with armchairs and television, and bathroom. In the living area there is a heat pump which can be used as an air conditioner or alternatively heating. The open staircase leads to the loft area equipped with a comfortable double bed. From the living area you have access to a spacious terrace overlooking the valley in front, dominated by the sea in the background, where you can have lunch/dinner or simply enjoy relaxing moments admiring the view. In the flat you will find wireless internet to use during your stay. The house can only be reached by car, which is also necessary for all transfers. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property and the village areas. Available in summer the shared swimming pool(approx. from mid-June to early September - please ask before booking for exact dates). To access it is necessary to wear a swimming cap. Near the apartment it is at your disposal a parking area.
