Delicious cottage with bedroom/bathroom, balcony and kitchen. Located in the urban area with a large yard (surrounded by walls, fences and gates). Ideal for enjoying nature, breathing fresh air, with beautiful mountain views. The chalet is on a large plot of land where we have another unit for rent. Important: it is totally independent of the other unit (it has a separate entrance, surrounded by more than 300m² of exclusive area that guarantees privacy to guests). More details in the photo descriptions. The space Chalet accommodates 3 guests (2 in a double bed and 1 in an auxiliary bed). Ventilated cottage full of natural lighting. It has a modern wall fan with remote control, a microwave, minibar and TV (new and quality utensils). In the outdoor area, a kitchen is available, with a sink, stove and a barbecue (which is very simple, but very efficient). The chalet offers a lot of contact with nature, many trees that, in addition to providing shade, attract many birds. Guest access The entire chalet (bedroom, bathroom, balcony and outdoor area with sink and barbecue) plus a yard with more than 300m² full of trees. Other things to note Our mini pool is designed to offer a great experience for guests. Super compact, it has a capacity for 1,000 liters of water (approximately 2.50 long by 1.40 wide), but it guarantees delightful moments. It has a shower and is not heated. The mini swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the chalet's guests (it is not shared with other guests).
