Other things to note RULES FOR COEXISTENCE.   Match4room staff will act as landlord and ensure the rules of coexistence between neighbors and the proper maintenance and conservation of the property, especially the common areas. In the event of discrepancies between the parties, Match4room will try to mediate the conflict, but if it detects that one of the parties is not making good use of the facilities or ensuring good coexistence with the rest of the neighbors, this tenant could be evicted from the home without being entitled to a refund of their deposit.   The maintenance of the dwelling shall be governed by the provisions of point eight of the lease, and it is the responsibility of each of the tenants to ensure that the property and the furniture described in Annex I are in the same state of repair as when they were received.   Each tenant must respect the privacy of the other tenants at all times. In particular, meetings to which they have not been invited shall be respected, provided that they do not disturb the peace of others. Everyone shall have the right to act freely within their apartment and in the common spaces, as long as this does not damage the property or affect or disturb the other tenants. Toilet paper, paper napkins and cleaning products for the property (floor cleaners, bathroom cleaners, glass cleaners, dishwashers, scouring pads, etc.) will be purchased.  The use of supplies (water, electricity, gas or telephone) should be reasonable and the expenses in case of excess of the fee invoiced by Match4room will be invoiced to the tenant. Everyone's comfort, a relaxed family atmosphere and teamwork will be encouraged at all times. The privacy and rest of the other neighbors will be respected to the minimum. CLEANING  Garbage will be taken out every day or when necessary, according to community instructions  Cardboard and plastics must be separated, as indicated by the community of owners. The tenant is responsible for the cleanliness of each home. Match4room provides weekly support included in the utility fee.
