Winter is here! Located only 10 minutes to Jack Frost Ski Resort and 25 minutes to Camelback Mountain! After a day out on the slopes, stop by one of our favorite restaurants in our Winter Guidebook, then head back to Big Blue to cozy up by the fireplace. Throw on a classic movie, or bust open one of our many board games in our Game loft space! Pretend it's the 90's and put away the phones, unwind, reset, and spend that much needed quality time with your family and friends this winter. The space This 1500 square foot house is located in the Camelot Forest Community on a wooded corner lot. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room with a fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, and a game loft space. Outside you’ll find a large deck with a BBQ grill, a sweet picnic table with dreamy string lights and a fire pit set with comfortable Adirondack chairs. There’s plenty of open space beyond the campfire for outdoor games like Corn Hole, or Giant Jenga, which is located in the closet under the stairs. We also just put in a cozy hammock in the wooded area, where you can relax under a canopy of trees. On the first floor you’re welcomed by the fireplace and the high vaulted ceilings to the second floor and loft space. The open concept floor plan allows you to enjoy the space with your family in the living room, dining room and kitchen. On the wall in the living room sits a 65 inch smart TV with all of your favorite streaming applications. The first floor bedroom has a bunk bed with a memory foam twin size mattress up top and a comfortable queen size mattress on the bottom. Across from the bedroom is a full bathroom with a stand up shower and access to a large washer and dryer unit. Up the stairs to the second floor you’ll find our Game Loft stocked with classic board games, retro arcade games, and a cozy space for the family to hangout. The couch in the loft space folds back into a plush futon mattress that provides an additional bed for our guests. At the top of the stairs is the second full sized bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The 2 bedrooms at the top of the stairs are well furnished with queen sized mattresses, dressers and TVs equipped with Chromecasts so you can stream all your favorite shows and movies from your phone. Other things to note Coffee, an assortment of teas, sugar, and hot cocoa packets are always available during your stay, as well as your basic spices, and oils for cooking. High chair available, mini crib is located in the upstairs bedroom closet. Outlet covers are also available upon request. Hand soap, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, garbage/recycling bags and basic cleaning supplies are always stocked in the house.
