A adorable and modern space as your staycation or even short stay for business meetings, out of town jobs, moving in between rented/purchased homes or whatever your purpose of looking for rental space like this could be! The space includes your own privacy due to its separate entrance. It includes a full kitchen with everything you need from kitchenware, utensils, refrigerator, coffee machine, sugar and spices, hot water boiler, microwave, air fryer, tableware, already full tub of ice stocked-up, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker(by request) stove top and oven snd of course and dining space. We also have breakfast caddy’s for bed & breakfast services by request in 2 weeks-advance time of booking with details of what you what for breakfast to be delivered at your door at anytime between 8:30-10am. This service costs $35 per adult and $25 per child (ages up to 8). The bathroom includes a stand up shower with a bathtub with stocked toilet paper, extra brand new toothbrush’s (if needed), floss, cotton swabs, feminine hygiene products, hairspray, blowdryer, hair tools (straightener & curler) - which are cleaned and sanitized in between every booking) and toothpaste, shaving cream, shampoos and conditioner, body soap, body lotion, face wash, face masks, brand new razors and more! You can find the first aid kit provided in one of the bathroom drawers as well. The one large private bedroom with a thick 8” double sized mattress plus a mattress topper provides lots of comfort giving you a deep relaxing sleeping experience. Wardrobe and storage space for your belongings! On the shelves, you’ll find folded pair of robes, face towels, extra shower towels and fresh linens and towels ones can be requested if you contact our hosts. Ironing board and steam iron are also placed somewhere either in or against the wardrobe. If you have any work that needs to be done, there is also an ideal desk space as your mini office space which you have access to wi-if too of course throughout the whole listing anyways and wireless phone charger, notepads, sticky notes, and random reading material by the desk lamp. We’re fully aware many of you are still hustling while be away on vacation, and we deeply respect that. In the living room, we have a comfortable sofa facing a mounted television that has Roku connected as well to allow you to use any apps you normally use at home like Netflix, Primevideo, etc. You may request for our personal Stay Haven account to either Netflix or PrimeVideo for $15cad each to hold access to our login during your stay if you don’t have your own account - any additional rental movies/shows you decide to rent through our account will notify us and we will charge you the exact amount it costs through requesting additional charges once you’ve checked out or if you prefer to pay us directly without any extra fees we can also accept direct payment by e-transfer, or other transfer methods. Be sure to let us know if that is the case, otherwise an invoice will be sent to you through Airbnb at some point post check-out. Your laundry can be done here at Stay Haven in our designated laundry room for all our guests that require to do any wash and drying. We do not have drying racks so each of your loads will have a small fee of $4cad which includes both wash and dry. We provide choices of laundry detergents(scent-free options as well), fabric softeners, options of pods, additional in-wash scent boosters, stain removers, dryer lint sheets, and natural detergent boosters all provided on the shelf in the laundry room. Just simply contact us on the airbnb messaging chat, for faster response - contact the host or co-host directly if the either one does not respond as promptly as you needed. We will give you directions to gain access to your laundry room. If not mentioned before , you’ll find extra necessities available for you in many difference spaces for your needs and incase you forgot anything behind that you left behind at home. We want you to be able to completely enjoy your trip 100% without any worries and having to go out of the way to make a trip to the store for basic needs which we can have you covered!! Guest access Keypad lock - your passcode will be customized and changed for each reservation. Usually will be set to the last four digits of your phone number. This allows easy check-in with no hassle and most importantly privacy and security! If your profile does not provide your phone number, we maybe experience check-in issues if you do not include your contact number in our chat at least 3 days prior to check-in. Authorities will be notified immediately if guests refuse to leave the premises after being respectfully asked to vacate with plausible reasoning. The exterior of the house has recorded CCTV as valid evidence if not complied. There will also be no refund to the rest of guest’s reserved duration of stay. AIRBNB will enforce a fine on top of these consequences. If fine is not paid, your account will be up for review to determine fine amount and reasonable disciplinary action to be taken place.
